Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LEADx Labs collects on leadxlabs.ai, our Quiet Month Calculator and our Free 15-Buyer List page, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

LEADx Labs ("we", "us") is responsible for your data. LEADx Labs is a trade name of Anima Libera Co LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

What we collect

When you fill in the form:

• Your name
• Your work email
• Your agency website
• What your agency does, your best client type and your team size

If you also used the calculator before sending the form:

• The numbers you entered: currency, average retainer, active clients, average client lifetime and new clients per month
• Your estimated quiet month cost

If you use the calculator without sending the form, your numbers stay in your browser. We don't receive them.

Just browsing leadxlabs.ai? We don't collect form details, and the homepage has no forms.

Automatically:

• The time you sent the form, the page you sent it from and which link brought you there (for example, our LinkedIn profile)
• Our host, Netlify, keeps basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site. The calculator and buyer list pages load their font from Google Fonts, which also sees your IP address.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To research and send your free list of 15 buyers
• To follow up about your list (for example, to ask if any buyers stood out)
• To reply if you contact us or book a call

Our legal basis under UK GDPR and EU GDPR: we use your details to do what you asked us to do (send your list), and our legitimate interest in following up about it. You can tell us to stop at any time.

We won't sell your data. Ever.

Where it's stored

• Google: form entries are saved in Google Sheets through Google Apps Script. Your list and our emails are sent with Google (Gmail, Sheets or PDF).
• Netlify: hosts our pages.
• Calendly: if you book a fit call, Calendly handles that booking under its own privacy policy.

These providers may store data outside the UK and EU, including in the US. They use approved safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or the UK and EU data privacy frameworks) to protect it.

Only LEADx Labs and the people who help us deliver your list can see your details.

How long we keep it

We keep your form details for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you the data we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop using it, or stop emailing you
• Send you a copy in a common format

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority in the EU.

People named in our buyer lists

Our lists name business decision makers, using only public business information (such as news articles, company websites and LinkedIn). We include name, job title, company and a public link. We don't include personal email addresses or phone numbers. If you're named in a list and want to be removed, email charlene@leadxlabs.ai and we'll remove you from future lists.

Children

Our pages are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
